Technical characteristics and Advantages of Our Product
Isolated-phase Bus
1. Expansion Structure of Enclosure And Conductor
BPEG is the only mental enclosed busbar manufacturer which adopt multi wave multi-layer shell expansion joints which overall hydrostatic forming. Its telescopic compensation performance obviously is better than single-layer shell expansion joints. It has the characteristics of soft performance, good scalability, and strong fatigue resistance.
It is used to adjust expand or contract according to the change of temperature and displacement of bus due to different foundation subside. It is usually used in combination of different foundations. It will be used every 20 meters when the straight busbar is rather long.
Conductor expansion joint is laminated with 1mm thick thin aluminum sheet and every expansion joint is 15-20mm thick. One head of expansion joint is welded on busbar tap and the other head is welded on site.

2. Seal Structure of Terminal
Basin type insulator is made by new insulation material SMC (special used by Aerospace) which has the better insulation performance, mechanical performace, heat-resistant performace, flame retardancy performance and corrosion resistance performance.
Special flange whose mechanical strength and surface smoothness obviously better than flange rolled up by alumnimu strip is used in joint with enclosure. Rubber O-rings is made by quality neoprene whchi has the characteristics of good flexibility and strong anti-aging performance, so it can guarantee the good sealing effect.
Elastic rubber expansion sleeve structure is used in joint with conductor and the clamp device is special stainless steel belt which has anti-tripping and curing device. This structure not only can guarantee the seal performance but also can guarantee conductor can move smoothly when temperature chages. Besides that, it also can prevent earth fault caused by falling of steel strip.

3. Conductor Supporting Structure
Conductor supporting structure is arranged by inverted Y with three insulators in the same cross-sectional and the three insulators make 120 degree angle with each other.
There is rubber elastic block and support hardware in the contact surface between head of insulator and conductor. By adjusting rubber elastic block, concentricity between conductor and enclosure can be guaranteed extremely, which can reduce effectively the interaction force between conductor and enclosure. When deformation changes caused by temperature of conductor/enclosure changes, deformation stress can be passed to expansion joint through slide between support hardware and conductor, which can avoide busbar damage. By loosening the bolt on bottom base, insulator can be taken conveniently and the daily maintenance is very easy. The sealing device of this structure adopts specially designed seal grooves structure, which guarantees the whole seal performance of busbar.
Insulator is made by quality porcdain materials and the biggest desing creepage is 900mm. Proved by our company's usage performace more than 30 years; This insulator has the good characteristics of anti-aging properties, insulation performance, mechanical properties and self-restore performance
